Donations are always welcomed!
Over the years generous donations from community members have helped us enhance the Park. Not only have we been able to expand our gardens and conduct a greater number of plant trials, volunteers have been able to complete many projects. We built the John Beedle Centre, renovated a garage into our Gift Shop, purchased much needed equipment, installed a flood-prevention water feature, constructed a gazebo and pergola, installed mobility paths and much more. We have a range of special projects on our list so if you are interested in sponsoring something specific please do not hesitate to contact us.
We could not do any of this without donations of money and volunteer time!
There are many ways you can help us raise funds so that we may continue to operate and provide a beautiful green space for residents and visitors to St. Albert.
Donations may be dropped off at the Gift Shop when open (early May through Labour Day) or in our donation box on the patio (also accessible when gates are closed). Donations can also be mailed to St. Albert Botanic Park, Box 9 Stn. Main, St. Albert, Alberta T8N 1N2. Our Registered Charity number is: BN 1404 15662 RR0001. Tax receipts will be issued for donations of $25 or more.
In addition to monetary donations, we have a Commemorative Donation program that includes trees and benches. These can be for a friend or family member to mark a special occasion or when a loved one passes. These may not always be available but please contact us for further information on our program.
