Upcoming Events

As we put the garden to bed for the fall and winter, clipping perennials and tucking away bulbs for next year, we want to thank all our volunteers, from committee chairs to team leads, to infrastructure hands and office administrators, to Gift Shop volunteers and our board members, and to all the many, many gardeners who spend countless hours making our garden the gem of St. Albert.

Our gardens remain open through the fall and winter, but our patio and washrooms are now closed. There is no snow removal on the pathways, but many people enjoy walking through the gardens all year round.🍂

Remember, we are a non-profit, volunteer-run organization - all donations are welcome, at any time of the year!

We wish you a restful fall and winter, and look forward to seeing things sprout next spring. 🌱

The Botanic Park Gift Shop is open daily from 10:00 am - 5:00 pm, early May until Labour Day.  In addition to our many gift items and local art, we have ice cream and, of course, plants for sale on the patio.  All funds from purchased items are used to maintain and improve our volunteer-run Park.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed to the Park. Through donations we have been able to complete several new features in the Park such as our popular Memory Lane in the West Park.  In 2025 we will be busy with new projects including our new Circle Path which will continue our Engraved Brick Campaign.

The Park itself is always open and visitors are welcome to enjoy the gardens throughout the year. Please see our Visitor Information page for more information about your visit.
